Every day is full of ideas, thoughts, choices, and actions. Not every day is literally a life-changing day. There's always the potential for it, and yet there are some occurrences, whether in physical form or Spirit form, that appear and are unforgettable.

A Life-Changing Day

Yesterday, our family received one of those memorable, life-changing, magnificent moments. Life-changing on every level of being. I was overwhelmed, overloaded with emotions I didn't have names for, and they were washing through me: expansions, contractions, thumps, taps, whispers, softness, bricks, and many unnamable sensations.

It took hours of moving, breathing, and being alone on my own until I had a deeper well of understanding. I understood that today I was to go to the grave of my beloved Father Wolf Bear and celebrate this life-changing magnificence with him. I could have done this in meditation, in imagination, from any place and space I chose. However, this felt like deep bone truth, meaning I needed to be in the presence of his bones, of what will become future generations, the bones of foundation, family, and more.

Once again, the connections between those who are here and those who have passed are eternal, alive, and available. To sum it up: Love is an experience. Each experience of love is profound, unique, sometimes repeatable, but always penetrating into our cellular tissue, giving us more and more life to celebrate.
